Good for digestion

Not a quality product. Big on marketing, looks fancy brand. Composition etc. looks good on paper. However, getting it manufactured from a cheap manufacturer in jaipur. Poor bioavailability of ingredients used. Useless.

One of the best supplements for acid reflux and improving digestion . There is a common misconception that acid reflux is due to increased acidity, but for 90% of the people it is because of low acid . When the acid is low , the closing of stomach and eosophagous becomes loose hence the food comes up . This caused me chest pressure , air hunger (breathing difficulties ) and food coming up almost every time I ate and bloating. Then I came to know about betaine hcl . I started taking betaine hcl tablets one / two tablets per meal depending on the meal. I used to take vitamin b12 , vitamin d tablet and full nerve tablets regularly . Along with regular excercise . These 3 things alone made a significant improvement for me no more food coming up or chest pressure or breathing problems 90% of the time and the rest of the time its manageable . Now I can eat whatever I want in moderate quantities
