Are these individually wrapped?

There seem to be 3 sizes, regular, fun size and mini. All are individually wrapped. Like the 3 bears, Mini is too small, regular is too big, but Fun size is just right for a guilty snack.

What is the expiration date on the Midnight Milky Ways?

The ones I bought in the fall of 2013 had an October 2014 date on them.
