Fantastic liner easy to use absolutely precise. It’s the only one I buy.

For some reason, black pen eyeliners seem to generally flow well, while brown doesn't. Black is too stark for my coloring, and I was completely disenchanted with multiple brands of brown that were dry, flaky, and/or like trying to apply with a fat crayon. (Sometimes when the same brand in black worked great.) Then I found the Revlon ColorStay Mahogany Flame. LOVE IT! Here's why: 1) It's not a pen, but it has the flow and precision of one. The tip of the brush is just right--the point allows you to make a barely visible thin line, but if you load the brush with product, you can get a nice bold effect. 2) The color is GORGEOUS. It's almost a copper color. Subtle but strong. 3) It lasts. I tend to have oily skin, so some eyeliners will pretty much just melt off shortly after application. When I come home from work 10 hours after I applied this eyeliner, it's still there. 4) Super affordable! This is SO inexpensive, and if you want to save even more, you can get it through Subscribe & Save. Cons: 1) If you get this in your eye, it stings. That's pretty typical of most cosmetics--they don't belong IN your eye. But when you're working this close to the eye, it's going to happen once in awhile. So just a word of caution. My favorite everyday liner of all time. The skinny applicator gives me great control over the line. I can put it right above my lash line and it is a fantastic daytime lift for my eyes because the brown color is not too dramatic. It lasts all day, through occasional watery eyes, and comes off easily with makeup removing wipes. I hope Revlon NEVER stops making this liner!

Slightly irritating if you get it in eyes. Color is exact and easy to apply but you really can't "smudge" it for a softer look like I had hpoed. Getting it off it not easy, you need a makeup remover and those also irritate my eyes but good product otherwise

After ordering the brown liquid eyeliner by Almay and being happy with it, I broke down and ordered this Revlon eyeliner in Mahogony to compare. The Revlon is slightly more noticeable brown (less dark brown) than the Almay and is just as easy to apply. It also holds up just as long (all day) without smudging and fading too much, but I always apply Covergirl Lidlock primer which keeps eyeshadow and liner from sliding or creasing. I never thought I'd deal with skinny/thin eyeliner after decades of applying a thicker line then smudging using pencils, but getting older calls for changing things up a bit. I like the Revlon as much as the Almay, and I've already ordered an extra back up of each.

Definitely my new go to liner. Absolutely love it. I got one in mahogany, not a huge fan of it because of the sparkles, I was hoping it would just be a matte color like the black, which I also bought one of. Both are pretty great. I noticed the black one said it’s waterproof but it’s not. Both colors washed off when I put water on them and rubbed them slightly. I do like that they stay on really well though if you don’t touch them. I’ve got really oily skin and my eyelids get pretty oily and it stays on amazing. The mahogany one does crease a tiny bit throughout the day but it isn’t that noticeable since it’s a lighter color. I even accidentally slept in it one night and woke up and it still looked perfect. Definitely plan on repurchasing once they run out. But so far I’m really loving it especially the black one, love that it’s a matte black.

I love the color of this liner - I have dark brown (but not black) hair, and I don't want a black liner (even the black-brown liner is darker than I would like). This is perfect color for those wanting a liner that is brown, not black. The brush is nice for a very thin line, but I'll confess, I sometimes use the brush from my regular Revlon liner, because I occasionally like a thicker line, so I like having that option too. Either way, I'll keep buying this liner because it's a fabulous color. Highly recommend it.

I whisk I can find it again. It is difficult or impossible to find this colour. I don’t know why it is discontinued

Excellent eyeliner colour is perfect and has a slight brown shimmer which makes it softer on the eye. Delivery was excellent and really well packaged, have purchased another it's that fabulous just a shame it's not available in UK!

Tried this as it’s super skinny. The felt tip makes it easy to use, almost impossible to make mistakes. It doesn’t smudge or fade and is so quick to apply, even making the wing is easy! I bought brown which looks just as expected, I’ll try black for a bolder look next time. Will use this over my $30 eyeliner any day.
