Good quality, awkward packaging
Bought once so far. Been using it to bulk up yoghurts and egg muffins, or in recipes that call for bulgur wheat. Quality is good, but it comes in one huge 5kg bag. The bag’s sturdy, just not easy to pour from. Would’ve preferred 5x1kg packs

Excellent value for money!
I usually buy the brand Bodrum extra coarse bulger wheat but it is too expensive here on amazon. I discovered Aksoy and bought 2 kg including P&P it was £9 compared to Bodrum BW which is £12. It is tasty and I like that the package has how to make it. I use to wash the bulger wheat but Aksoy said do not wash. The bag is resealable, so I am going to buy it again.

Bulgur Healthy rice
This is a very healthy rice, rich in fibre, vitamins, weight management, blood sugar control etc.

Tasty and good size
It is in good size, we soak it in water for sometimes before cooking it. Unfortunately it has started impacting my digestion. It feels heavy, good for someone thinking of low carb food, where it could be useful.
