Had ileostomy reversal surgery and visiting the bathroom often as I heal. These are like regular underwear with extra thick absorbant padding covering entire back and front areas. No leaks, even after a small accident. Very comfortable. Highly recommended. Sized accurately as stated in options.

I've just recently started using adult diapers. I have an annoying condition that comes and goes. I've tried a few brands and so far LivDry is my favorite. I'm big and started with a 3X large (oops, not that big) XL is currently working and I have just bought a pack of L to try. they fit comfortably. Before putting on a fresh pair I manually stretch them, never a problem. Also, my problem isn't back door dump. They are a little pricey, but these days so is everything I think they are worth it.

the undergarment was comfortable but is not leak proof. there are times when it is not possible to make an immediate change of undergarment. in those times you run the risk of failure.

Thease are grate they hold more liquid than other brands. And no more blow outs.

I ordered my size according to the chart. It fit ok but leaked with only a small amount of urine

At last someone who makes a pull up pant that actually fits i am so pleased with these pants not everyone who needs to wear them are just over weight, some of us have a medical reason for suffering incontinence and i have been buying XXL as couldn't find anything bigger i have a abdominal wall collapsed hernia and the XXL pants end up being cut away near the site so never do their job NOT NOW these XXXL fit perfectly IF i have anything that i find annoying it's the price ( £29.99 ) per pack of 11 which is over twice the price of any XXL packs of 12 But at least they fit i suppose.

Really works for IBS. Handles urinary incontinence as though it didn't exist. Fecal incontinence? You want to be able to change underwear asap for a clean pair so go to the bathroom at all opportunity. I've tried other brands and they don't come close to these. Not a fun subject but it is what it is.
