This product greatly relieved pain and stiffness in both my knees. I have stage 4 osteoarthritis and have tried so many supplements and rubs. This tops them all. This product was so great, it worked wonders. The 4th tube smells so bad, I can't use it. Smells like Lanacane. Also, feels cooling, which it doesn't need. I tried to write the company, no luck. A shame to spend so much money then, stink up the house. There are other products with Cetyl Myristoleate, but they are too sticky. Also, tried the pills, but had heart issues when I stopped taking them, because they didn't work for me. Good luck.

I have been told that I require shoulder replacement surgery, but I am not going that route unless I have no other option. In my case the rotator cuff is fine, just a separated AC joint and arthritic shoulder joint. I developed some rehab exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting my shoulder, and then discovered that a hammer massager on trapezius trigger points made a big difference. This cream is the icing on the cake! I end my day with it on my shoulder region, and combined with my other self-treatment now live normally. I go days without even noticing it, even with exercise. Wonderful product!

I bought this for my arthritis in my thumbs. I initially thought it helped but after using it more, I still noticed my thumbs ached at times. There is a slight odor that lingers a bit after you put it on. I stopped using it for awhile and when I tried using it again, the small plastic piece that goes into the tube hole broke off and now the lid won’t stay closed.
