If you know about Anti-Seize for food applications you know its not like a copper base, but this product is fantastic, loctite makes great stuff, 10 of 10. I am a field service engineer for a company that repairs commercial appliances, and this will last me its shelf life.

So much easier to work with than non food grade.

We used this to fix some Bosch gliding oven racks that seized up after going through the self-clean cycle. The good news is that this brought them back to life and they glide pretty smooth again. It's pretty thick stuff and a bit sloppy to apply. Sort of like a thick & sticky elmers glue. We coated up the glides and bearings and worked it in a bit and it functions great. I did my best to wipe off any excess, but it doesn't easily wipe off. The bad is that is smokes like crazy when the oven is on. The entire first floor turns into a foggy haze and the oven is now more of a smoker it seems. Since this is more than just lubricate a single hinge there was a decent amount used. It's gone through several uses and continues to smoke like crazy. I really hope this stuff is truly food safe. We haven't really noticed the smoke affecting the food taste, but it's not great on the eyes and lungs. I'm hoping this eventually diminishes, otherwise we will have to remove all this stuff and try something else.

I use this products to lube my oven racks. It has a mildly disagreeable odor when hit, but it doesn't transfer to the food and is not objectionable to me. It keeps the oven racks from seizing up and lasts a long time with one application.
