Back again, SO HAPPY with these - it is now a year since buying these & they r Just great - have not stopped working at all, even through Winter! Actually - I have just come on to Buy some more as a gift for a friend - as they r so good - can't pass them up. REMEMBER - Leave OFF for a Week in the Garden so the Battery Fully Charges - once it has done that - it is great - I do use it on the 3rd Click (has 3 diff Brightness Clicks) - which is Supposed to be less Bright - But it is Very Bright - so the 1st Click is Extra Bright - which really isn't needed. OK - Decided to leave in the Garden - but turn off for a Week to Charge in Winter sun, Since then they have not stopped working at all - I have been to chk them @ 4am and they were Still shining just as Bright! I have them set on the lower Lighting, but That is BRIGHT! Did Test the Higher Lighting - WOW, could prob use in a Lighthouse to guide ships ...... LOL Lower light is great. Had 2 in the Front Garden, which isn't very big, about 12x25ft, and really didn't need the second one at all - so have it inside at the moment not turned on, on a Windowsill, so it stays Charged for when decide where to put it in the Back Garden. So, So Happy with these so far.IGNORE my OLD Review:Doesn't store enough power on Winter SUNNY days to work longer than a few minutes on Bright, then maybe 3 hrs on VERY DIM. When first got these have to say they were VERY BRIGHT, so in Summer - I am Expecting Good things!...LOL Can't really judge when using them right away in Winter, I have put only one in the Garden for now, have the other on a windowsill to keep charging without the light being turned on. That is the good thing about these - being able to turn the light on 2 diff brightness's or totally Off via a press button - instead of the Stupid ones that have a switch where u have to take of the darn top all the time. ANYHOW - as they were Extremely Bright when first receiving them, I do believe come summer - when they are charged fully to begin with, will be Bright and work through the night - Will definitely come bk and say if this is not the case.

I thought I had received a broken pair but there is a switchHad these for years, does a great job

Great set of two fantastic garden spot lights.Very easy to set up as they are solar and don't require mains electricity or any wiring.The lights are solar so as long as they are placed somewhere they can get sun they will work independently.The lights come with raw plugs and screws if you choose to fix them to a solid surface or ground spikes if they are to go in soil or a lawn. The spikes come in two pieces and slot together, they then slot into the ligh. Both pieces can be used or just one for a shorter spike.The light has three settings that vary in brightness, to select each one you simply press the on/off button at the bottom of the light.All parts of this set are well made and are designed for outside use. They look amazing in the garden and work extremely well. The lights automatically detect when it goes dark and light up on their own.These are a really great set and I'm proud to have them as a feature in my garden.

UPDATE 2/12/20- Bought 2 sets (4 lights) - 3 month ago exactly, after 2 weeks, 1 light stopped working, Amazon kindly sent out another set making 5 working lights, since then they have given up one by one. Water seeps into the lights when it rains and they stop working, complete WASTE OF MONEY, - only good when working ( in dry weather) as per original review.1/9/20- Very good lights, have had them up for 3 nights now and all work perfectly, had them on the mid setting to start with but changed to the low setting, still giving enough light and should stay on longer during the longer nights. So far very happy with product.

We have a step in the front garden that is hard to see in the dark. So I got these lights to shine on it. But they come on when it’s dark BUT go off again after a couple of hours. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and what I can do to keep them on all night.

Bought this solar light to replace garden electric flood light to save on energy bills and to improve the night vision of my garden CCTV to protect my chicken coop as it usually get attacked by foxes 🦊 in dark.It’s good value to its price and give brilliant bright light for 7-8 hours and then get dim. It gives the best results after a sunny day. Have 2 different setting to adjust brightness.Best thing about this product is, it can be fixed in ground, plant pots and can be screwed onto wall as well.The only thing missing in this solar light is motion sensor to make this product ideal but I wanted the continuous light throughout the night for cctv so I don’t mind.

These are bright white led lights compared to the yellowish cool white on other makes. Stayed on till midnight even though it's now Winter, so would expect to last all night in the summer with more quality sunlight. Overall these are well built and looks great too for the price :)
