This is my 2nd time purchasing these! First I bought them for my daughter and now for a friends daughter. The affirmations are perfect for anyone who struggles with anxiety!

My 10 year old niece had had a extremely tough couple years, I got her this for her birthday 2 weeks ago and it actually arrived early, but she says she loved it and uses them when she is having a bad day cause she said they really help so I was sooooo happy to hear that, it's a cool idea to have even if you have people in your life to talk to, it's still a great buy! I may even get me one here soon lol.

This is a very nice set. The affirmations are nice written. Would recommend purchasing if you are looking for a set to help with stress and anxiety. I use like na oracle deck. Pull one randomly selected card, reflect on the message, and place it in in front.of me so it reminds throughout the day.

These are a pleasant way to start my day. It gives me something to hang on to throughout my day when anxiety gets high and helps address common themes that come up with anxiety. They’re great for everyone, not just those who suffer from serious anxiety issues because they are thought provoking and focus on positivity.

I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder for which I take 3 meds and each and every one of the affirmations speaks to me. Some of them are even frame-worthy, if not for the phrases themselves but even the art work is cute and modern. love Love LOVE!

My co workers and I read a new one every morning and place on our desk as reminders.

These are fantastic. They have practical affirmations, not condescending, not too out there, just good things that every human should remind themselves of now and then. They're a good thickness and really pretty as well. I carry them in my purse to have on hand when I feel myself getting overwhelmed. I also pull them out when I see my kids stressing. We call them "The cards that say nice things".

I’m currently experiencing some of the worst anxiety of my life and these little cards are like waving a magic wand as it dissipates almost instantly. They are reassuring, comforting and say just the right things to help you get on top of your anxiety. Well worth the money. The quality is also so good I will be using these for years to come!
