Not a snap brim.
I had a hat like this many years ago. It had a snap brim which when opened let you pull the cap down over the top of your ears. That’s very useful when the weather turns chill.

I like this hat.
I have purchased two of these hats. The first was a large size, but it was too small. I bought a second one XL. It fits great. Maybe my wife will wear the other hat. We'll look so cute.
