I take number of supplements made by this brand and I have always been happy with them This one is Probiotic and I take one in the morning and one in the evening with Kefir as and it noticeably improved my gut. Without going in to too much detail - I see the difference and will continue to take it for another month, Prebiotics are generally recommended when you take Probiotic, so eat more salads and possibly add something like Psyllium Husk Caps to help the process. Tablet size is pretty small and easy to swallow. This is a much more expensive product, but from my research it is a better product and is worth the cost.

Pure encapsulations are just that: pure. So glad we found this line of products. My daughter and I have the MTHFR mutation, plus celiac and food allergies that include corn and soy. Our ingredient limitations mean it can be hard to find supplements and we really need probiotics and methylated vitamins. My husband, who also has some food allergies, got c.diff. after multiple rounds of strong antibiotics. The Pure Encapsulations probiotics plus a Solgar probiotic (listed below) are really helping. We intend to push probiotics heavily to lower the chance of c.diff. recurrence. (We also add in some homemade fermented foods, such as sauerkraut.) We use Pure Encapsulations for methyfolate, methylcobalamin, and multiple probiotics. No adverse reactions at all! Absolutely fantastic! For fighting C. diff: While 40 days of Flagyl beat back the original C. diff, it threatened to return, and only massive amounts of probiotics drove it away completely and has kept it away. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and Saccharomyces boulardii are the two major probiotics proven scientifically to fight Clostridium difficile (C.diff) specifically. Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus from Solgar is a must. I had also used prescription probiotics, but I believe these work more effectively with a much wider coverage than the prescription probiotic (which was very limited in coverage and did not include Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG or Saccharomyces boulardii).

I had never written a negative review on a product until earlier this week, when I had previously posted 2 stars for this item because of a perceived quality issue due to delivery. Specifically, I was unclear if the product quality was compromised, as it arrived warm (& enclosed Nordic cooling pack was warm/appeared to not be functioning). When I tried to present my concern to the seller via the Amazon customer feedback portal, the system threw me in a "loop", if you will, and I could not reach them directly, so I posted my concerns in the review. The seller (Pattern) reached out within 24 hours of this post to share helpful information regarding the delivery/packaging process as per the manufacturer (Pure). Based on this information, I am assured the product quality was NOT compromised. I appreciate Pattern going above & beyond to address my concerns, which included providing key product information from the manufacturer, as well as contact information to manufacturer should I have additional questions. I was thrilled because my experience with Pure products has been wonderful and I didn't want to change probiotics because of delivery concerns. That said, highly rate both the product and the seller. Highly recommend. Have been using Pure Probiotic and Pro Zinc-L-Carnosine supplements for silent reflux and both have been very helpful.
