The Item number on Invoice and Physical brush do not match. My brush became defective after 14 months. Manufacturer warranty is 2 years. But they are rejecting the claim saying item number does not match. Seller is not responding. Waste to buy on amazon.

great price on a so far great e-toothbrush designed specifically for gum care. My only complaint was that whoever was preparing packages that day must have been lazy as they didn't put the box in a shipping envelope and instead merely put the shipping tag sticker directly on the box, which of course I can't get off without destroying the box. Normally not an issue but I bought this as a gift, and it looks sort of tacky sending a gift with a big Amazon sticker on the side. Come on AMazon, you can do better than this.

I have gotten this brush before. I have had a few Philips toothbrushes over the years. I bought my first one from Costco back in the day. I think k it was something like $249 for two. One for wife and one for me. After about 6 years the battery went and replaced it with this one. The one before this one i like, however this one is better than the basic one because there are a few more settings and I do use them. Or more importantly I have more option to set it like I want. Set it and forget it. The basics is about $35-$50. I think this step up is worth it and so does my new girlfriend I have now. Because of her I am buying this one again. I gave the old one to my girlfriend. It was only about 4 months old.
