this so worth investing if you want to loose weight quicker i used this in the gym mutiple times you could defo feel its there but worth the money and the size.

Very comfortable and certainly does make you sweat when working out. Fits well and unlike some I've had does not come loose or undone. I like the fact that it's slightly wider than most I've had so, for me, goes round the whole of the torso.

It lost its tightness after a few times wearing it. Did make me sweat when working out or out walking but not much of a sauna effect for just normal wear for every day all day use

Does the job. Well made. Value for money.

It was the correct size, comfitable, strong, I brought it to try and slim, have not noticed that it aids slimming yet.
