Permanent Herbal Haircolour Gel 3N Dark Chestnut - 135 mL

Love this hair color. I first bought it through my local health food store and was delighted to find I could order it on line for much less. I know it is not 100% chemical free but it seems to be a lot less harmful to my hair and body than other products. I was experiencing some hair loss after I colored my hair with other over the counter hair dye but now I do not have that problem. It took a little while to learn how to apply it without making a mess. You will need a glass or ceramic bowl and a hair dye application brush. It becomes a gel like product that is a little runny but after a few minutes applying it there is no problem. The color is deep and lovely and leaves my hair shiny until the next application (3-4 weeks). The does not fade even though I use regular shampoo.

I'm trying to buy as many products as possible cruelty free and hair color is a difficult product to come by. This one is cruelty free, natural and provides great coverage! I do feel like my hair was a bit dry after use and the color is DARK. You might want to go a shade lighter than you expect? It has lasted well without fading (unfortunately in this case because it is so dark). It is more complicated to use than drugstore brands; it's more liquid and there's no squeeze bottle so you have to brush it on. I made a huge mess with it. I do like that you can use some of it and save the rest which will come in handy next time when I just do my roots. Overall I really recommend it!

I loved the way my hair turned out after using your hair color! It would be nice to have your shampoo included in your kit for the after color washl!

I’ve been coloring my hair for 26 years since going gray in my late 30s and I can’t believe it took me so long to discover Herbatint. Athough I’m vegan and a passionate animal advocate and use as few chemicals and animal tested products as possible, for some reason I always seemed to hold onto my old hair color products. I have dark brown hair (Herbatint 3N) and every other product I used always needed to be redone after 3 weeks and left a large portion of roots an ugly pale orange color. I also always hated the waste of having to throw away half the bottle. I have recently finished my first bottle of Herbatint after using it for two months. I love that you can save what you don’t use for the following month and I love that after 4 weeks my roots are still a decent color. I believe that the harsh chemicals in the other products actually cause a premature fading in the hair they are supposed to be coloring! I also love how my hair feels and looks with Herbatint and even my husband noticed! Using this product is economical (can use twice), better for the planet (less waste and fewer chemicals), doesn’t use animal testing, better for our health (fewer chemicals and more natural ingredients). I will buy this product forever!

I loved this hair dye. My hair is naturally reddish, and can be hard to dye because the red always shows through. I used this months ago, and the color has lasted. It did a good job of mostly covering up the red. I also like that it's a natural product. I have very sensitive skin, and it didn't irritate me at all. The smell also wasn't off putting.

My first time trying this product, and my new regular brand. My bf has nearly a full head of grey hair, and mine is salt and pepper around the temples. Usually need to dye his whole head twice, and twice around my temples. This covered all of it once. I love it. You do have to buy an applicator separately, but worth it to me.

Such a good hair color to use. I highly recommend this especially to those who are pregnant. I am and so glad to have been able to use this product throughout my pregnancy as my greys grow out within 3 weeks. Glad to know it is amonia free and the color really leaves my hair feeling thick and shiny. I have tried different shades. I would not go too dark or black completely. Second time I chose chestnut and it was a perfect dark brown color. I love this and will continue to buy it.

Ive tried so many hair colors after coming to Australia.. i couldnt find any good one. After much research I tried this Herbatint hair color. Let me tell you all its great and the color stays for a longer period too.. Also my hair became silky and smooth. Must try once ive already purchased more for my hair!!

I've got recently issues with my sculp, itching and irritation all over, last time using popular brand dye to colour my roots I got really bad allergic reaction so I was very careful this time. I decided to try this product reading reviews and done it today first time. Can say this is really good product, no irritation at all, no allergic reactions, beautiful dark brown colour, highly recommend!
