Compared to other thermal mugs, the twist cap means that the liquid remains hot which is great. Also leak proof. It's smaller than some models which I don't mind. A handle would make it easier to hold and carry but overall it is a good product.

Decent size for coffee but perhaps a little small for tea. Ergonomically well designed and keeps contents hot in use. Dishwasher proof and attractive design.

Does what it should very well and short enough to fit under coffee machine. Wish had a bit more capacity is about it! Some other reviews report broken lock Lever, I thought ours was broken after a week or two,only happened twice in 3 months. It turns out to be a minor design+user issue. SYMPTOM: the lid doesn't 'click' shut, lock doesn't engage, not sealing properly. CAUSE: When in the open position the Lever can be inadvertently pushed towards the middle as/when if the lid is squeezed tightly during use (not common by any means!) SOLUTION: put the Lever in the closed position then push the Lever back toward the center (I.e. hand across top of lid and squeeze) and it will click back into place super easy.

Works well for coffee, has never leaked

I gave one star because of the beautiful design. The smallest size is perfect in your handbag. It is great to drink out of and does not leak and easy to close once you know the trick. However it is rubbish to keep liquids hot for a couple of hours even in summer. I warmed the mug by pouring almost boiling water and leaving it with cover on for about 15 minutes and then pouring milk that was almost too hot to drink, left it for two to three hours and it was tepid. Really rubbish. Such a lovely design but absolutely useless - do not buy.

The stainless steal and large opening makes this cup easy yo clean. The cup has a lock that prevents the cap from opening. The cup keeps tea warm for a least 2 hours. The cup looks really good too.

Really good, the best I’ve ever had to keep the drink hot. Leak prook, but needs to close properly.

I was searching for a smaller equivalent to my ‘built’ travel mug, for my daughter, but this just doesn’t live up to the rival I’m afraid. The lid closure is overly complex, not that comfortable to drink from, difficult to clean and the way it dips down into the liquid means that it can catch some liquid, if it’s not fully closed before screwing the lid on, and leak it after closure. It also doesn’t keep liquid hot for as long as my ‘built’ mug at all and it has stained badly after only about five uses. The rim of the cup is very fine and feels like it’ll cut between your fingers as you try to wash it. I’m prepared to admit some of the negatives are about my personal preferences, and it is a pretty sturdy thing but I think there are design flaws. If they still made that ‘built’ mug, I’d be telling you to buy that instead!

Ob der Verschluss wirklich dicht hält, wenn der Becher liegt, habe ich nicht getestet. Nutze den Becher im Büro und im Home Office - einerseits um warmen Tee zur hand zu haben und andererseits weil ich denke; sollte er umkippen wird auch mit offenem Verschluss nicht gleich so viel Flüssigkeit auslaufen, dass es mit dem Laptop daneben eine Katastrophe gibt... Würde jedoch, statt 0.25l, vielleicht die nächst größere Ausführung wählen... Aber das ist kein Problem des Produktes... ;-)

Ik ben heel erg tevreden met het ontwerp. De grootte is fijn, houdt lekker vast en drinkt fijn door de grotere opening. Mooie kleur, mooi design. Helaas blijft mijn koffie maar 30-45 min warm. Als ik naar de trein fiets en hem bij vertrek zo snel mogelijk drink, is het nog te doen, maar langer dan 30-45 min houdt hij het niet warm. Terwijl ik de beker voorverwarm door er eerst een paar minuten kokend water in te doen. Maar voor mijn doeleinde is hij net aan genoeg om van te genieten.

I bought this for work and it's perfect. Fits nicely in my cup holder. I had a small issues with the locking of the top, but realised it had moved slightly and was able to put it back in place quite easily. My wife keeps trying to steel it from me, so I bought her one as well.
