This stuff is the best self tanner available hands down! Due to turning 39 and the effects of tanning becoming more noticeable on my face and chest at an ever increasing speed, every year I spend a few hundred dollars buying all the number one, two and three top brands on the review lists. It seems like I have tried this brand before but it wasn't a spray, maybe a lotion? I always just end up with a cabinet full of useless, smelly lotions, mousse and sprays and end up back in the tanning bed. That will not be the case this year. This product gave me a better looking, darker color than tanning everyday. I have my own tanning bed at home and I'm afraid I'll just be using it to flat dry my sweaters from now on. After reading some more reviews I find out I can even make it better with blending balm I ordered it right away. I didn't buy anything extra (ie...blending balm, shimmer something, body polish for exfoliating) just what comes with the kit. I put regular Gold Bond Ultimate lotion on my hands, feet, elbows and knees and I wasn't stingy with it. I just used regular soap in the shower with a loofa. For sure use the gloves under the mitt because it dries fast and you won't be able to wash it off in time. It was easy to put on thanks to the guide color. It does not smell bad like every other one I've tried. I put 3 or 4 sprays on the mitt at first and then of course thought if 3-4 looks that good then 4-5 will be great. Nope....I have one tiny area that is a little darker where I first pit the mitt down but it is totally my fault. Everything else looks 100 times better. It is a nice golden brown, even coverage and super easy and fast. I did not think about the spot on my back that I can't reach before hand so I had to improvize a little and even with the delay of trying to rig something up it came out even. Without a tan my skin is pretty fair, kinda blotchy red for the most part and now I look like I have tanned for at least a month and I only used this one time. I can't wait to get a second application on and see how it looks. I can't imagine it being any better than it is right now. If anything changes with the wear and tear of day to day living I will be back with an update. Sorry this is so long I just want everyone to be as happy and relieved to finally find something worth the time and money.

OK I literally have way too much to say about this stuff but SPOILER: you will buy this after you finish reading this. This stuff is incredible. Like I can't even begin to explain. So I was online looking for a self tanner..came across a few "meh" products then found this which I've never even heard of but the #of reviews and how every single one of them raved about it I was sold..in fact I bought the original and the darker version because I couldn't decide. Right off the bat I'm going to say that I would recommened the darker one just because I am pretty pale and the darker one is just less time consuming for me. They literally are the same exact product I see 0 difference in any aspect of the product between the two besides it actually being darker. With the darker one I apply 1 coat and I'm good the original took about 2-3ish coats. I will probably go to the original during the summer when I am naturally tan and want to be a little darker. You can always build on it either right after ur first application or the next day it still looks great! It has the most undetectable scent it's like a mix of coconut and vanilla but I have to put my arm to my nose to get a good smell in lol. The color is incredible I feel like it's tailored to my exact skin tone because I look the way I do after I've spent a week at the beach (without the sunburn) AND my teeth look SOOO white. After my first application I went downstairs without telling my mom that I tried out my new holy grail (we are beauty fanatics and bffs) I came outside and she sat up and said HOLY CRAP YOUR SKIN IS GLOWING IT LOOKS AMAZING AND YOUR TEETH...YOUR TEETH THEY LOOK AMAZING. Two minutes later it was on her and 5 minutes later she bought it lol. Seriously amazing. Oh and the mitt is also incredible. I've never had such an easy application and I don't have to worry about my hands looking rediculous. Like seriously why is there even any other tanning products out there? They should all be put to shame after seeing how this thing works... I honestly feel like it's a steal the price is unbeatable. TIP: Im not too sure what the gloves are for so they could be for this purpose but I will say it anyway. When I opened the box I literally threw the gloves to the side and didn't give it a second thought. AFter the first application I wasn't so quick to throw them out...the mitt moves around during application ..a lot. It's a little annoying bc you have to go quick or else it will dry and be hard to blend. So the gloves create a nice friction that keep the mitt on pretty much completely throughout the process and it solved my problem If I were to really try to find a con the only possible thing that I could say is that the bottle could use a little updating. I'm not sure what is happening but it does leak on me and the spritzer could definetly be upgraded bc although the application process is simple and easy it is messy and if I applied it anywhere but my shower I wouldn't have been able to write this review bc I would be dead due to the amount of stains this would put in my house. So DO IT IN THE SHOWER OR U WILL REGRET IT. But I do believe that is a bottle issue it just doesn't always work out that great and it gets everywhere But all in all that doesn't even phase me bc I seriously am head over heals for this product. A+, 10/10, BRAVO, costumer for life

This is great stuff!! IF You READ and FOLLOW the directions it will not streak and will last a good week. Before applying, make sure to shower and exfoliate at NIGHT, preferably right before bedtime. (If you do this in the morning or daytime it does not have time to set properly!!) If you shave your legs beforehand make sure to rinse, your whole body and especially your shaved legs, with COLD water at the end of your shower. This will close your pores and you won't get brown discoloration spots at your shaving sites. Apply it with the mitt right after your shower and it will apply much smoother as your skin is softer and more supple. Just like applying body lotion after you shower, it soaks in easier. It's quick drying so you don't have to wait but a few minutes before putting on your pjs. I do my legs last and find that my top half is dry by the time I finish with my legs. I throw on my top and wait a few minutes to put on my shorts or bottoms. That's it! It doesn't stain my sheets and there is only a little discoloration on the back neck of my top in the morning. Also, I do NOT shower the next morning but wait until that evening or even the following morning. This will really help set the application and make the color last. People's reviews that complain it sucks aren't following the directions. I cannot stress enough to READ and FOLLOW the directions! If you apply this in the morning or during the daytime it will come off and streak as you wash your hands or splash water on any treated areas of your skin! Also, don't use your body scrubby between applications, use shower gel or soap only. This may sound like it's a pain to use, it's really not. It really works, looks natural and lasts IF you READ and FOLLOW the directions! I will be using this all summer long! Highly recommended!!
