Shaves well and no skin irritation from using the trimmer

Trimmer is great, but quit working after about 6 months. I contacted seller thru Amazon and they immediately sent me a replacement.

I don’t use this too often, but it seems fairly well made. I bought it to replace the one I got from ROSS that only lasted for 2 uses. This ones little motor sounds strong when it’s running and it works well. The purple housing is also metal which is a nice touch.

I used this hair trimmer to shave my chin hair (I'm female and over 40). It's the same as the model my mother gave me from her collection 20 years ago. Except it has the molded depression for a cleaning brush, but the old model also INCLUDES the cleaning brush. I was pleased that the same model was available for purchase, because the old trimmer took time to trim my hair and pulled the hair sometimes. I contacted Conair to see if I could buy a replacement blade for it, but they said no such thing was available. So I purchased this new trimmer to see if a new blade would perform better. No, it performs the same. I found the model 'Finishing Touch Flawless Women's Painless Hair Remover' trims my chin hair more closely but takes as much time. I'm keeping the new Conair trimmer because the Finishing Touch trimmer has a 1/2" diameter trimming surface only while the Conair includes a 1/4" wide trimming side for nose hair.

I have an older version of this unit which I really like. It is beginning to fade which I was very unhappy as it worked so well. I was so happy to find this replacement. I've only used it once now but it works as good or better than the old one. I use for light facial hair,eyebrows and nose hair which it works so much better than the round head versions. It does not come with the little brush for cleaning as the old one did but I will just use the older brush. I would buy again.

...about 15 years apart. Sadly, my first one finally bought the farm after 15 ish years. And honestly, it was my fault it did...kept it clean but decided to take it apart to do a deep clean and broke it doing so. Don't think it was meant to be disassembled to its core. If you are looking for something you can disassemble for some odd reason, this is not for you. if you want a trimmer that lasts and does what it says it will, this might be for you. If it lasts a quarter of the first one, for the price it is awesome.

This is a replacement for a cheap trimmer I had for years, sadly got wet during travel and had to buy a new one. This is junk, it doesn’t trim hair, catches on skin and snags. Literally does not cut hair, but will pull it out.

Nice size for my needs and works great. A great purchase for the price.
