Very disappointing product.

It's great
All I wanted was a replacement for my previous C-Pen which was terrific, but just worn out after years of use. However I was put off by the relative lack of reviews of this new Cpen - and by the negative ones that are here. And so I bought another scanning pen from Amazon - one that had lots of positive reviews. That turned out to be complete rubbish. And so I turned to this new Cpen in some trepidation. Guess what. It's as great as the last Cpen and I wasted my money on the other one. I'm lumbered with that one now, since I didn't use it until after it was too late to return it. Moral of the story - don't always follow the reviews.

Please don't waste your money.
Please don't buy this device, it is not worth it. After installing the softwares and restarting your computer, you still struggle to scan anything, then the app automatically just quits. Don't waste your money, I havw wasted mine so that you can save yours.
