So i have done a video of my review but here are the main points: - The colour chart is on a tiny sticker on the base. If you want a better size you could print the image on the description page or make your own. - Clips are a little brittle so may not last long. - Some paints had separated a little. You could use toothpicks to stir these through or just mix as you need to use the colours. I would not recommend using a paintbrush to mix as you will lose a lot of paint this way. - These are water soluble paints like watercolours and so can be used as they come for a more opaque look, or be watered down for a more transparent finish. These are much better quality than tubes I bought from a craft store. - These are not really portable as the case is quite heavy, A smaller water colour pan would be better for say camping or holiday painting, but these are certainly one of my favourite art supplies so far. - The price of this item fluctuates greatly, so if you see it on sale, I would recommend getting a couple, especially if you paint a lot.

As an experienced artist these are beautiful to work with, creamy and bold. Not the intensity of W&N though, especially when mixing colours and different greens, sometimes they can appear washed out, needing more pigment. I had to use my trusty W&N white with the yellow to give the bright sunlit areas that intensity. But for the price, these are amazing alongside other high quality brands. If you work with lots of greens you'll notice a difference, greens can be tricky to mix with low quality, especially from Payne's Gray, but these managed it all, other than those bright areas I mentioned. I have purchased the larger set and can't wait to use them. I did a trial of them by painting from a tutorial by YouTuber Ruth Wilshaw in my sketchbook. Highly recommend them.

Good product and value for money.

Was originally sceptical about these paints but I’m so glad I decided to give them a try! The colours are bright and vibrant and mix really well together! The jelly texture is a fun experience - but boiled down it’s essentially the same as the paint you get in the tubes. Some of the colours arrived a little separated, I assume due to sitting for an extended period in the warehouse. This was a quick fix by mixing with a palette knife or the end of a paintbrush. In my experience the open pallet is really nice to work with as I prefer being able to quickly pick out colours and see what my options are. I also like this for mixing as I can grab the colours quickly! I’ve seen some reviews of people complaining about the paints drying out because of this, but in my experience this hasn’t been the case so far. Also, I assume they can easily be reactivated with water and a bit of mixing due to the nature of gouache paint? Personally I would use a separate pallet for mixing as when packing the paints away the supplied one fits into the lid upside down. This is great however if you have paint still left on their it can drip down and fall into the colours below. 10/10 definitely recommend and I’ll be getting the larger set next time!

I love these paints, they apply smoothly when you add a little bit of water to them. They mix well, only thing I would suggest is using pritt stick on your mixing palette before laying down your paint - stops it from beading up. Nice selection of colours, will be perfect for my degree. (They did put a horrible sticky label on the lid which left a load of residue so watch out for that!)

I like this paint. some of the lids seals were hard to take off but not impossible (i used tweezers in the end to help me). you have to mix the paints before use as the oil tends to separate from the paint but that's okay with me. Very nice colours (except the yellow, i don't like how neon it is), and they layers on top of each other well.

Gouache is a wonderful paint that can be washed off any clothing, unless it dries, of course, but it is not suitable for small children who are just learning to draw, it is suitable for school-age children who know how to handle paints

J’ai acheté cette boîte de gouaches il y a un environ un mois et demi, et j’ai pu bien la tester avant de donner mon avis. Globalement je trouve la peinture de bonne qualité, surtout par rapport au prix. Il faut bien mélanger chaque godet (j’ai utilisé une petite baguette) à la première utilisation, ce qui prend un petit peu de temps mais permet d’avoir une texture homogène. La peinture ne sèche pas trop et quand c’est le cas il suffit de la réhumidifier, et c’est reparti pour un tour ! Je pense que pour quelqu’un qui, comme moi, débute avec la gouache, cette palette est plutôt adaptée.

Por el precio tienen una calidad buena y viene mucha cantidad de pintura. Son opacas, se mezclan bien y los colores son vivos. Son mucho mejores que los tipicos sets de 4 euros que hay en los bazares. Requieren algo de mantenimiento si quieres evitar que se sequen. Yo tengo el envase dentro de una bolsa cerrada para evitar que se sequen y de vez en cuando rocío la pintura con un spray y las remuevo un poco. Las tengo desde Agosto y siguen igual de hidratadas. Algunos contras que por el precio no considero problemas que dificulten el uso son: Mi color prusia y ultramarino se separan mucho y tienen una capa de goma arabiga que he intentado mezclar muchas veces con los colores pero siempre vuelve a separarse, asi que tengo que ir retirandola porque sino la pintura se pone viscosa, transparente y se seca con brillo en vez de mate. Algunos colores, si los usas en una consistencia muy espesa, se secan algo satinados y con aspecto similar al acrilico. El color prusia por alguna razón, me huele como a queso de cabra, imagino que sera el aglutinante ya que es el que mas capa de goma arabiga tenia.

Had my eyes on it for awhile and found it at a good price at amazon. Extremely good pigment and i love the cute case that came in. The pots are so big it seems like they will last me forever. You just spray some water and voila! They are ready to be reused. A+++++

Bardzo estetyczne opakowanie, kolory przepiękne i dobrze dobrane. Nie są tak kryjące jak inne gwasze, ale w takiej cenie i z taką ilością produktu można im to wybaczyć. Da się budować nimi warstwy i schną na piękny mat. Warto pamiętać o tym, że chwilkę może zająć nauczenie się jak je zmieszać, by uzyskać odpowiednią konsystencję. Lubię ich używać jako bardziej kryjących „akwareli”. Polecam 😊

Si riesce a dipingere su vari tipi di supporti. Il gouache sono quel tipo di materiale un po disastroso da lavorare ma molto nobile per manipolare e imparare a dipingere. Trovo scomoda la palette inclusa per mescolare colori. Consiglio usare altri godete o contenitori. Anche consiglio di mantenere umide e se non sono usati continuamente bisogna aprire aggiungere acqua e mescolare per evitare che si secca.
