Floral Elixir Co. - All Natural FLOWER Syrup for Cocktails & Sodas, 8.5 oz (Chamomile)

One of my favorite syrups. This is a quality syrup product, that will last for many months in the refrigerator after opening. The flavor is strong yet sweet, so a little bit goes along way. It’s a unique but not an offensive flavor that I think most people have enjoyed. The color it lends to a drink is profound and memorable. It is a dark ritch maroon. For example, just one teaspoon of this juice, will change the color and flavor of an 8 ounce glass ginger ale. The smell is very mild and skewed towards a slight floral scent. However, be cautious of potential staining. If this item is used wisely the value for the money spent I think is fantastic. I am purchasing again. The photos are accurate to the product and thankfully it comes in a nice glass bottle. The packaging was very well-padded and there were no physical defects with the bottle when it arrived. The syrup itself isn’t too thick and it smells similar to a cherry flavored popsicle. It adds a very subtle pink hue to a clear drink, and its flavor is rather floral and subtle (also similar to a cherry popsicle). It does not taste like maraschino cherries nor the syrup that they’re packed with, but still easily recognizable as cherry without being too sweet. The syrup is versatile too, and can be used in cocktails, spritzers, and mocktails/sodas as well as iced teas and lemonades.

Tried this as an alternative to Portland Syrups rose cordial, which is made with both rose flowers and rose hips, while Floral Elixir Co.'s rose syrup is straight floral. It's good but I do wish it had proportionally less sugar and more rose so I could make my drinks more strongly rose-flavored without becoming cloying. I suppose the average American palate is acclimatized to excessive sugar in everything so my opinion is probably in the minority on that one.

Just received and the bottle has been compromised The item is not returnable which is bad considering it’s already open and the bubble wrap around it and the bottle itself has syrup all over it It’s super sticky Very disappointed since it was meant to be used for new years drinks

Very pleased with this it has been great when baking and in making drinks from infusing lemonade or tea to adding to mixed drinks. Made a cherry blossom crème brûlée using this and a powder, and it was the most talked about items from the event.

The company I used to get Jasmine syrup from stopped stocking it a couple of years ago which broke my heart! I couldn't seem to get any from anywhere and I was so sad about that because I just LOVE the flavor! Recently I discovered that the Floral Elixir Co. make it and I am so happy about that! I ordered it and had no idea how it was going to turn out because I have tried all the mainstream companies before and I had no clue whether this was going to be a sickly sweet, mundane experience or what ... but it turned out to be a heavenly experience!! I just LOVE the products from this company!! I have tried a number of them and am making it my mission to try them all because I just love them so much!! The taste is delicious, colours divine. I always feel like I'm having a very glamorous experience with Floral Elixir Co. products. I also think they would make a superb gift if you are anything like me and like to give people something beautiful but not go bankrupt to do it :)

A little bit goes a long way, too. Its floral but not overwhelming like the chemical taste ive experienced with other sakura flavored products, this is actually really good. I wish it wasnt so expensive because the bottle isnt very big, but the quality is admittedly great. I will be gritting my teeth through the hit to my wallet and ordering this again when i run out.
