Does what it's suppposed to do. For reference, I am 5' 10" 205lbs with bmi of roughly 25%. I got a size large and it fits me withoit issues. It feels tight, but that's what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to be tight so you sweat in it.It's also not a miracle tool. Yes you lose more water weight when you wear this. It elevates your heart rate more for a more intense workout. But this alone does not make you lose weight. It's a tool.

I wear a 2XL in every shirt and jacket I've ever bought. I bought this in a 2xl and I can't even zip it up. The two ends that zip up are at my ribs so not even anywhere near close to closing. The product seems to be well made and of good quality so I'm just reordering a larger size. I would also like to add that it also has this strong "New Tire" smell to it like rubber. It's not a bad smell but you will notice it for sure. I happen to like new tire smell. Good luck.*** Just got my exchange and it fits like it should. I had to order a 4xl .instead of my usual 2xl

This is essentially a sauna suit. It helps me sweat more during my weight training days. I had one before this that ripped so I needed a replacement. This was it at a good price. There was a little bit of a chemical smell but that went away after a day of airing it out. Wiped it down with some chlorox wipes and it was all good. The material is pretty good, relatively thick and definitely does its job at making me retain heat and sweat more. Stitching seems pretty good so I'm expecting this one to last just as long as my previous one did. My previous sweat vest has helped me lose weight (water loss), heal faster. Just remember to drink fluids while you work out to avoid heat stroke.

Fits and works as described and supportive to back

Material is nice and well made. The measurements are very off! I usually wear a 3x in shirts and the size chart suggested a 5XL. I ordered the 5XL and it's VERY snug around my stomach but extremely loose on my chest and back. It's also very long. I'm 6ft and it goes well past my waist.

This waist trainer shirt is comfortable, fits well, and really boosts sweat during workouts. Perfect for gym sessions. Highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. Ok ordered it yesterday and got shipped over night. Came with no issues. The quality so far is good of course it has that new item smell but that’s not gone last when you start sweating in this thing. I’m giving it 5 stars cause of how it’s is from feeling it and trying it on I have a few dislikes but that’s not due to the product it’s due to buying something on the net and having to figure out what works for you. I’ll explainFit … the fit is nice I know they have their size chart but I recommend you buy a size down.I’m 6’5” I’m 305 ibs I brought mines in a size 4x based on what I was reading in the reviews.I put iron and when it comes fit there’s some things I don’t like. It fits great but you want it to have a very snug fit as to make your body sweat. This one in a 4x fits great again but there’s areas where it’s not snug and I’m going to exchange this one for a 3x when you start to lose weight and trim the weight it will become to big and you will need another one. So to fix that problem buy a size down.
