Fits snug, does what it's job.
Does what it's suppposed to do. For reference, I am 5' 10" 205lbs with bmi of roughly 25%. I got a size large and it fits me withoit issues. It feels tight, but that's what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to be tight so you sweat in it.It's also not a miracle tool. Yes you lose more water weight when you wear this. It elevates your heart rate more for a more intense workout. But this alone does not make you lose weight. It's a tool.

It works, I just can't get over that smell. The first day I tried it on I thought it was too tight but you have to break it in. Walk around the house with it first before using it. Also wash it first, I didn't but should of. Day 3 and it fits and feel the heat when working out. Waiting for payday to purchase 2 more

Runs two or three sizes smaller. I'm returning mine for a bigger size.
I wear a 2XL in every shirt and jacket I've ever bought. I bought this in a 2xl and I can't even zip it up. The two ends that zip up are at my ribs so not even anywhere near close to closing. The product seems to be well made and of good quality so I'm just reordering a larger size. I would also like to add that it also has this strong "New Tire" smell to it like rubber. It's not a bad smell but you will notice it for sure. I happen to like new tire smell. Good luck.*** Just got my exchange and it fits like it should. I had to order a 4xl .instead of my usual 2xl
