The chairs are great. These are for big not just tall so if your not you may not sit well on them so ignore reviews saying they were uncomfortable. I'm 5'5" and I have a longer torso so these hit my legs weird if I sit all the way back, my mom is shorter but has longer legs so she doesnt have that problem. The chairs were bought for family guests that are bigger and they held up well and they said there were very comfortable and it was so nice to not have arms squishing them. The chairs seem to be sturdy although the cushions could be a bit thicker or more heavy duty. As for the customer service reviews there was a small issue with our order and customer service went above and beyond. They took a few days to answer but were amazing so I can't fault any delay. Yes these are $300 chairs but they are meant for more than what normal chairs can handle so thats what you are paying for. I would say make sure you read the description and everything will be great!

These stack chairs are just what I was looking for. Not only do they hold 400 lbs. there is no wobble. Without arms to squish hips they are very comfortable. Best of all, they are one piece so nothing to put together. The cushions aren’t very thick but do the job they were made for. The covers are removable with zipper in back and have rear ties to keep them from slipping around especially if windy. I did purchase a cover to protect them from the elements for longevity.

I love these chairs! They come already together. They have a super sturdy frame. They look pretty. The cushions are comfortable. I have ordered chairs multiple times in the past and when they come, they are too small. I am a big person and I feel great sitting in these. I do not worry if they will break or bend such as other chairs have in the past. Would recommend to everyone!

Great sturdiness, packaging. as another reviewer mentioned - has loose stuff inside that makes noise when chair is moved.

These patio chairs are great! They are well made, seem to be sturdy enough, deep seat for added comfort, and just look super around my patio table. Our friends comment on how nice they look and how comfortable they are. In addition, they’re stackable, which is great! I’m glad I purchased two sets. Definitely worth the money, and I highly recommend them.

Chairs are flimsy and needs back support as 1 family member sat in chair and fell backwards hitting her head! Hav3 had them 2 wks and this should not happen for safety reasons! Don't recommend for guest patio chairs without back support especially elderly adults!

Very good patio furniture. I bought two sets in 2022 and they have been outside in Houston’s intense weather. Yes even with rare freezing and they still lol and feel like new I see that price has dropped since I bought these so truthfully this is a great chair set and even better at this price. I have no doubt this set will last for several more years yet as it’s still in untouched condition

The chairs are sturdy and stylish. The cushions that came with them only lasted a season. Cheap fabric and foam. And because the seat bottoms are wider in the front than the back and not exactly square, I can't find suitable replacements. I will have local upholsterer make up new with better outdoor fabric. But the chairs were worth the purchase to go with existing table.
