Ingredients sea salt, brown sugar, evaporated cane syrup, spices (including red pepper), molasses (refinery syrup, cane molasses, caramel color), garlic, onion, red bell pepper, natural flavor (including malted BARLEY whiskey extract), sunflower oil, and extractives of paprika. Review: Not too sweet or spicy. Worked well in rissoles. Tried it on a smoked brisket however it didn’t seem to form a good outer coating when cooked. Could have been me though. This seasoning is hands0down the MVP of my spice rack — like, for real!!! The blend of molasses mixed with the other bold flavors is literally chef’s kiss — it adds the perfect balance of sweet, and smoky wit just the right kick. I’ve used it on steak, chicken, port, and even roasted veggies, and it never fails to impress. It’s also amazing for oven-baked dishes when it’s too cold to grill — talk about year-round flavor! As soon as I open it to season the meats, my family can smell it a mile away and it literally makes your tummy turn somersaults and your mouth waters! The 27-ounce container is HUGE and totally worth it — it is a great value for how often I use it. Trust me, if you want to take your meals from average to unforgettable, then this is the seasoning to grab! You’ll want to sprinkle it on everything — and then some. For real!! It’s THAT good!!!
