The valve was installed 12 years ago, my house has 6 bathrooms plus one urinal, the urinal rarely used unless we have a party. In the past month, I noticed it leaks each time we flushed and getting worse. Purchased this part on Amazon and replaced it today, was so easy to do so, its quality is outstanding, much better than the original one. 5 stars.
