This supplement definitely calmed my hot flashes. They do Not totally disappear, but, they are not as severe and I am able to function throughout the day. I am able to rest a little better at night. I recommend it.

Honestly I was a little skeptical of this just because the reviews were so good, but DIM really is that good! After having 3 tests done for my thyroid and all coming back normal but still not feeling right, I found that my problem could be from my body not producing enough estrogen. After going down the rabbit hole I came across this and decided to take a chance and boy was it worth it! Husband has noticed a change in the bedroom and I've noticed my skin being clearer and feeling more like my old self. Energy levels are great and I just feel good overall! It hasn't helped with weight but at this point I'd rather feel better than be skinny! Great product! I will continue to use it!

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks (for cystic hormonal acne, which is new for me; likely due to weight gain messing with my hormones which I’m also working on) and can tell it’s making a difference. But I am also taking spearmint and added niacinamide+zinc to skin care so not sure what’s had more effect. Hoping to see more benefits with time. I like that it has turmeric for anti inflammatory effects. It gave me a headache a couple times but I varied the timing, and I seem to do better with it in the evenings and/or on a full stomach.

I had never heard of DIM before a doctor friend recently told me she takes it. I had been trying to find a product to balance "good" and "bad" estrogen for years. Now, I've seen proof that DIM does work--anti-inflammatory, weight loss, reduced hair loss, better skin tone. The only issue with this particular product is that it contains turmeric, and for some reason, turmeric causes neuropathy in my hands and feet. As soon as I stopped taking this, my numbness symptoms disappeared. Unfortunately, I had to switch to another brand, but I would not discourage anyone from trying this brand unless they are allergic to tumeric.

This a wonderful supplement. I was advised by my GYN to begin a DIM supplement to help regulate my estradiol/estrone level after beginning hormone pellet therapy. Being a nurse,I researched many brands before making my decision on this one. I’ve been on it for probably 3 months now and will continue.

I use this product in place or something I used to get from OBGYN. This product is a much better value. I use it in conjunction with the hormone replacement therapy pellets that I get. It helps metabolize these hormones. Plus I love that it includes turmeric as well. I will definitely continue to use this product, and I highly recommend it.

So I’ve ordered this for almost a year now. I started taking while trying hormone pellets, was trying to rebalance everything as I pass through time (38). The other name brands (biote) were to expensive and I wanted something I could just easily find without the brand price tag. Found this and started taking, 1-2 nightly and it’s just proven to me, to be one of 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 supplements… I’m pretty convinced about now that I shouldn’t just go without it. When I run out for whatever reason, within a week I have a creeping onset of super crappy symptoms related to a Hx of fibroids. I get severe lower back aches again, bloating, and that annoying feeling that I gotta pre (bladders going to burst instead of slow… better find a restroom) all the time- but my bladder isn’t actually that full when I go. So about now (2 weeks ago I ran out), I always come back to ‘𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙨 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩’ all of a sudden- 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎! I ran out and it must be this! It’s very potent and effective and I love that it’s only got 3 ingredients. I’ve been convinced about estrogen dominance causing weight gain and other symptoms, even though my levels were ‘normal’ and I get dismissed when I mention it to my doctor. But I’m a medical professional too and I’ve done a lot of research. This supplement is just one of those things… if you feel 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡 while taking it, then 𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙡𝙮 and immediately after stopping - 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 - just seems to me it’s a no brainer. Glad I found something to help and I’ll be sticking with this brand and supplement for a long time!
