Well made, well designed, sturdy unit. Assembly directions are very clear. Take your time and follow the directions carefully, especially the ones about leaving certain bolts loose until the end. I wanted to just throw together but I'm glad I was patient and went step by step. The hardware is excellent. It's a bit painstaking positioning some of the hex bolts, but the result is well worth the efforts when it's all together and snugged up. The unit comes with heavy duty components that are all clearly marked, including the fasteners sealed in plastic (including extra fastener bag in case you lose any). Packaging is very good with well-placed Styrofoam in the box. The box is heavy; a basic dolly came in handy to move to location. It will take no more than 5 minutes to unpack and inventory all your parts. They provide an assembly hex tool with ball nose on one end which is adequate; if you were assembling several of these a foam handled "T" shaped hex wrench would help where it would fit to save on your fingers and hands. The company also sent me a pre-arrival letter with tips and customer service information in case of a problem. The manufacturer seems to be very customer service oriented. A great unit, I'm very satisfied.

Ok Amazon, you are going to owe me for this one. To start off, I LOVE MY NEW FATORRI L SHAPED DESK!! I was looking for something very attractive but simple. Didn’t want to spend the money on a height adjustable. This desk caught my eye and I ordered it. I’m a furniture engineer and have to think about assembly when I design something. This desk was really easy to put together and if you take it slow and lay everything out you will find it to be a fun and short job. After it’s together it’s both sturdy and easy to move and reposition. I love the book rack underneath. The mesh modesty panel in front is very cool and attractive and the shelves on the end are a nice touch. The color of the wood tops is beautiful (I got the Rustic Oak) and they are really well made. But I wanted some extra features added to my desk (that’s the engineer in me) so I ordered a few things which I will include Amazon info if you like them. I got a NYCCO, 23 inch wide pencil drawer to mount under the top. Easy to install and works great. I purchased a BUBM 35 x 17 writing mat, perfect! I needed a couple of lights so got a monitor light (Lofter-pro) and desk lamp (Poukaran LED). Love them both. Also wanted a small printer stand so you see my KKL stand in the back. The Gorilla, 36 x 48 mat is the only floor mat I would buy as it’s indestructible. But here is the fun part and where I really brag up Nancy at Fatorri Customer service. I wanted a side table so I ordered a couple fold down brackets from Amazon, they were the 14 inch, black folding brackets from Hoffen. I then wrote Fatorri about getting a matching shelf to mount on the brackets. Was thinking to just get another one of the end shelves and make that work. When Nancy got back to me the same day we discussed that shelf and she offered to make me a shelf the same thickness as the top so it matched. Believe it or not I got that shelf delivered in under a week. It looks beautiful. I added a 3M Adjustable Copy Holder (you guessed it, from Amazon) and my office is all set up. Love my experience with Fatorri and especially Nancy and all the accessories I got from Amazon. Great experience all the way around.

I bought two of these desks well over a year ago for a his and hers style gaming setup in our home office. I gotta say, these desks were easy to put together, look better in person, and are very sturdy. I like how easy it is to reverse the setup of the desk as well. We currently have them set up in a "T" formation and have experimented with a "U" formation as well.After over a full year of near-daily use, one of the only gripes I have is how small the desk is. I often find myself wishing the depth of the table tops could just be a couple inches deeper. Moreover, the section on the side has a removable shelf to hold a PC tower, but is too small to hold a mid-tower case. For reference, I have a Corsair 5000X RGB case and not only will it not fit down there, it overhangs off the top of the desk by about 1/4" on either side. Also, I would strongly recommend purchasing either a desk-mounted monitor mount (for 27" monitors or smaller) or a wall-mounted monitor mount for anything larger. After setting up a keyboard, mouse, and maybe a flight stick, there is just NO ROOM on the top of the desk.Finally, while it is not so much a con as it is just something to look out for, I noticed that after a trip in the moving truck, the veneer on the wood parts is very fragile and thin. There are a few scuff marks I've noticed but the material underneath seems to be dark enough where you can't tell there is damage without actively looking for it. Please note, I do not attribute damage to the desks (as a result of my own negligence) to the quality of the desks construction.Overall, I am very satisfied with this desk and its performance so far. Even after one year and after taking it apart and putting it back together there are STILL no squeaks or wobbles. In fact, I am so happy with the quality of this desk, I will be looking at other, matching FATORRI products to place my PC tower onto and free up some more desk real estate.

I searched a long time to find a good desk for my office space. There are hundreds of choices out there, may with complaints of cheap materials, delivery damage, and lack of sturdiness. This is a great desk. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Lots of foam to avoid any damage. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were clear. I was very happy to find there were NO CAM LOCKS used that is common with other inexpensive furniture. The quality of the desk is superb, from the metal legs to the woodgrain top. My PC fit on the side shelf and looks great.The only small issue I can see for some is that the desk is a bit taller than usual, with the top being a full 30" off the floor and the height is not adjustable.Overall would buy again and recommend to anyone.
