Fiber is important macronutrient and average requirement in adults is minimum 25-30 gms/day. Apart from digestive health, Fiber can lower your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes and also helps in loosing weight. It's not advisable to solely depend on suppliments for fiber and goal should be to get it from natural sources like apples, bananas, berries, broccoli, lentils, beans etc About the Psyllium husk Psyllium husk is made from the husk of the seeds of plant "Plantago ovata". It's also known as "ispaghula". Psyllium husk contains 70% of soluble and 30% of insoluble fibre. Psyllium has prebiotic effects and helps lower cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and relieves constipation. Psyllium husk doesn't have any flavour. About this Product I'm using this from 2 weeks and this is a fairly good product but cost is slightly higher. I received a clean product and there was no worms in in like few reviews I have seen here. Don't consume more than 5-1p gms/day if you are using psyllium husk for 1st time. Awesome, but costly compare other brand

The quality is good, and I recommend everyone to soak it in hot water 5-10 minutes before drinking it. it helps fibre to swell up nicely and it has a better effect on the body, in my experience.

The pack is convenient to use from. Otherwise, the product is overpriced. Much better value is available elsewhere including from LVG.

One easy source of fibre. Easy to consume as well
