Good quality and effective in it's function.
The quality is good, and I recommend everyone to soak it in hot water 5-10 minutes before drinking it. it helps fibre to swell up nicely and it has a better effect on the body, in my experience.

Lives up to the expectations
Okay, honestly, I think this product is great "fiber" wise and "keeping one feeling full", it's good. Adjusting to the taste of the husk take a little bit of time. My solution is to add some fruit syrup and adding it to cold water really works

The pack is convenient to use from. Otherwise, the product is overpriced. Much better value is available elsewhere including from LVG.
