I liked the ingredients, especially the elderberry in this Vit C /zinc combo supplement. I prefer to take as little capsules as possible so its very convenient to take these 2 together when you need a little extra C/zinc to boost your immunity and add to your regular regimen. The value is good as well. No weird tastes or smell.
