Just received this, so I can't comment on results, yet. But I wanted to share my experience with ease of swallowing. I struggle with large or even "standard-sized" vitamins & supplements (I always have to find "petite" or "mini" versions). These are small & very easy to swallow! So if that's a concern for you (like it is for me), these are great!

Product is great. I have been taking it for about 4 years now, and the price has completely doubled! I know prices have to go up, but a 100% price increase is a lot. My salary hasn't gone up at all! Will buy for now, a testament to a great product, but will be looking for a less expensive option.

The only reason I’m giving this product three stars is because I ordered a 30 veggie soft gel bottle and receive 29 pills. I know it’s a small thing but vitamins are expensive enough. Count your bottle.
