Does the job.

I needed to move my internet router. I have structured wiring with RJ45 sockets between the location where the ADSL socket for the router is and the location where I wanted the router. I purchased two of these cables and plugged them into my structured wiring. This made the equivalnt of a long RJ11 to RJ11 cable. I plugged one RJ11 connector into the ADSL socket and the other into the router itself. This worked. I chose these cables as they are robust and well made and I wanted a reliable connction. Note that you must use a separate RJ45 to RJ45 circuit if you want to copy my idea.

The cable is very flimsy, looks and feels cheap but most importantly it does not work. The WiFi did not work at all with this cable. Worked fine with different brands. I bought this one for length but did not work

Arrived quickly and was right for the job of a tricky connection for a landline.

I Bought a new router that only has ethernet connections so i needed a cable that went from ASDL to ethernet. This product didnt work so im back to my new router being run through my old router which is fine but not ideal until i find another solution.

Nothing wrong with this item, did exactly what was intended, great quality item with no qualms about whatsoever.

My extension lead to connect my router to my upstairs secondary socket was damaged and my internet went down. Purchased this to go through the loft to the other room where the secondary socket was and internet is now working. BT wanted over £200.00 to attach a wire from master socket to router.

Nach einem Providerwechsel hatte ich seltsamerweise einen Geschwindigkeitseinbruch der nicht zu erklären war. Wo früher mindestens 7 Mbit/s ankamen , waren nur mehr maximal 4,5 Mbit/s möglich. Die Ursachenforschung war etwas aufwendig. Etliche Schreiben an den Provider (der übrigens sehr zuvorkommend war), brachten kein Ergebnis. Erst ein Techniker der mit einem Leitungsmeßgerät bei mir war, konnte die Ursache herausfinden ! Es war das ORIGINAL-Kabel der Fritz!Box 7530 ! Ich hatte aber noch das alte Kabel von früher hier, das aber nicht so gut passte, und siehe da, die alte (gute) Geschwindigkeit war wieder da. Damit jetzt auch der Anschluss wieder schön passt, habe ich mir dieses Kabel sowie ein weiteres bestellt um es zu Testen. Was soll ich sagen, dieses Kabel funktioniert perfekt ! Fazit: Sehr Empfehlenswert !

decent solid cable , got 2 of them and they are not the brittle/touchy kind, these can handle some wear so would recommend.
