High quality omega-3. I like that it is only one pill a day. Easy to take and no fishy aftertaste. Softgels are smooth and go down without issues. I take it with meals and it fits well into my routine. Rebuying.

I’m 83 . My gynecologist told me to buy this particular product , that my system needs this . I have a pure system in that I don’t require any medication . He has me on 4 other vitamins that I take on a daily basis . The problem I had is under control and I feel great . There isn’t any fish taste , or nasty backup later . Pricey but worth it .

Bought this several times now. No fishy taste, serving size per day is a single capsule, and way more Omega-3 than most other capsules. This stuff is great.
