What an awesome product. This unit is kiln for ceramic coating (glazing) inside and out with a metal spigot. My prior unit was not ceramic coated on the inside which always contaminated the water. This looks very nice sitting on the water stand. Pay the extra few dollars and get a very nice water dispenser. Plus, you are supporting a small business. I highly recommend this item. Enjoy.

I got two of these crocks and enjoyed them quite a bit. But one developed a slow but undeniable leak. I determined the leak was *not* from a loose spigot. The Geo website asserts a lifetime limited warranty — but every time I email them I get a different excuse as to why I don’t qualify. Once they said there is no warranty. I sent the link to the lifetime warranty page. Then they’re saying it’s normal wear and tear. I ask how they can know that with no photos or information? Then they say okay it’s only a 1-year warranty — but again the policy says lifetime! Is it a robot programmed to always deny claims & make any excuse? Please be warned.

We decided to start drinking filtered water when we found out that most filters don't do a good job at removing impurities and chemicals. I didn't want a conventional plastic dispenser/cooler because we don't use plastic for our drinks. I purchased this crock and absolutely love it! It is beautiful and it does a great job at dispensing water. I love that no plastic comes in contact with our filtered water!

The color is beautiful and it holds my 5 gallon glass bottle just fine! It’s so easy to use and when the gallon is empty I can either replace it with a full gallon or just put the lid on it. I highly recommend.

Really happy with the water dispenser, but plastic seal is not good at all. It's hard which causes the 5 gallon water bottle to wobble upon touch. My kids are grown up so it's ok. If the rubber seal was made out of softer plastic that would have superb.

Some reviews mention these leaking after a few weeks. The manual mentions shipping damage that causes hairline cracks that can lead to this, but it seemed well packaged to me. We’ve had ours for a few days, and it’s been great so far. I love the simplicity of the product, and it appears to be easy to clean. (A wrench is required to pull the faucet for cleaning, and I haven’t tried this yet.) The mechanism for the faucet is nice. I was considering getting some glass 5 gallon carboys (with handles, and probably wrapped in a old-school rope mesh for safety), but the manual specifically warns against this due to weight. (Five gallon plastic is fine.) Will update the review if it leaks. In hindsight, I’d have paid a bit more for one that supports glass.

This water crock was so nice! It is well made with good quality materials, and it is well finished. This holds a 5 gallon bottle of water without any issues. The spout on this is great ; it allows easy pouring of water or liquids, and it barely drips. Unfortunately, the price on this particular one was very high. I ended up having to return it because I found less expensive alternative on Amazon.com which I was able to pick up in the United States.

This is for our guests water in our business and it keeps it naturally a bit cooler than room temperature which is nice, it does not get that slimy film in it. And it is made beautifully, which I was happy about because it is quite pricey. But I am happy with it after having it for over six months.!

This crock started leaking 1 week after I filled it. The faucet was not leaking. Within 3 weeks the horizontal lines shown in the picture appeared and were wet. The crock slowly leaks!!!!!!

The product was beautiful and practical when it just arrived. However, one month after we first started using it, we saw cracks on the product. We are not sure when will the product fall apart. Kindly advice if this is eligible for a replacement.
