I'm loving this!I bought it specifically for the yoga wheel to use that during restorative yoga classes. But I've been using the stretch bands to exercise and strengthen my arms. This is quite a good value.I also like the bag. I can keep everything together.

I love this all of it I am 200 pounds+ and was scared about the wheel braking or being to small. I’m also 5’10. It’s very cushioned. But I used it one 2 times in the day and did stretches with those blocks and my back finally pumped and I have scoliosis. So I believe that wheel made a difference. The door stretch tool help my weight and worked great. I tried the multiple bands they feel like they’re going to break but so far they haven’t wish they were a little bit bigger instead of so thin or I wish they were wider. I’ll be doing a work out and they will like roll because there not wide Enough for me. The jump rope is really good quality it looks plastic until you actually use it and you can see the metal and plastic in the cushion handle is very nice. The instructive workouts that it gives you for every tool that’s in there really good I really like them really good beginners. And the bag the wheel is pretty snug in the bag sometimes it’s kind of hard to get in and out and I feel like I’m gonna like rip the cushion on the wheel other than that everything fits and I really like the bag. And there’s a cute little bonus mash pink bag that you can either put your bands in or say you had other things girl things that you want to put in your bag that’s good to. Very happy with my purchase!!!!

Love this set. The resistance bands are everything. Not super familiar with the other items but great opportunity to learn. And the bag is really handy.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She was very excited and started to use all of the different gadgets. She especially liked the belt that helps with improving flexibility and balance.

This is a very well made set of yoga gear and I am very pleased with the quality. My wife’s old yoga wheel recently broke and I ran across this with the additional equipment and it seemed worth trying. The wheel is very solid and the carrying case is great because it can fit everything if you pack it right. The blocks are firm and sturdy, jump rope is a great addition and I think it can be made adjustable. The resistance band variety set seem to be as good as any others I have had and the door strap is very well made and doesn’t mark up the door. Overall great product and would high recommend!

So all 11 pieces were there.The wheel itself seems very sturdy. Be Careful not to shred up the cushion part.I saw some reviews stating they didn't get all the components advertised and I was a little nervous to buy, but everything is there and great quality, especially for the price.I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone starting out with yoga and flexibility.
