Great product, I have no problem eating dairy products when I take this product. It has actually lowered my blood pressure to 120/74. Usually dairy products cause me to have post nasal drainage. I have no problem as long as I take one capsule in the A.M. and one in the P.M. I helps me sleep well in the evening 🌆.

I’ve bought this on repeat for over a year now. Really happy with the effectiveness and my skin, hair and nails honestly feel healthier while taking this every morning. I feel great in general while on it. I’m not sure it’s suppresses my appetite but that’s not my reason for taking it anyways! It’s a win for me! And honestly a great value for the money when compared to others.

Been using this for almost a month now. I notice my skin lights up a little bit, see changes of it. However, the thing I don’t like this, is that the capsule sticks to my throat and I got anxious every time I took this meds. I don’t know if other users experienced what I am experiencing. So scared of choking. Other than that it’s a good product. It’s premium. Taste good.

4 YEARS....LONG TIME BUYER HERE......SO HERE IS THE REAL RESULTS OVER TIME I've been buying this product for 4 1/2 years now (with 1 year off in between) and I started with a small bottle. 1-2 pills and I would be sleep in 30 min. so I took it before bed. I would see a beautiful GLOW all over my body, skin Radiant and soft. I would have vitamin c as well and my skin was amazing. I would go to the bathroom and have some Gas and I could smell the Gluta in my body working. Fast forward this last few months of of using the product again because I took a 1 year break. I still had 2 bottles left in stock that are not expired. I began using it again for the last 3 months plus I bought another huge bottle of 240 pills. I been taking them every single day and I write it down. I have had little to No Gas, no smell in the bathroom. My skin is dry and itchy. I even have to use vaseline or face oils to make my skin glow. Guess how many pills I take a day....6 pills in the morning and 6 around 4-5 pm!!! No sleepiness, no skin glow, no smell in the bathroom. I'm not energized either, it's like my pills are Not GLUTA anymore. I smelled the bottle and it smells like nothing. The first thing I thought was they Cut your pills. Years ago they didn't cut it because they would stink, and Now that I had Subscribed to them they Are Cut! So I unsubscribed From the Save Deal and now they have all the Likes and 5 stars Reviews they could be cutting their product. 12 pills a day for nothing!!! Please be careful, they got me hooked and over time you think you can trust a Brand but it's not true. I got more out of Jarrows and I would buy it out of the store and it gave me great results EVERYTIME, I'm done playing with my money. Don't just auto buy any product if you see the value is not the same anymore! Ok bye!
