Bought these for a relative who had just undergone surgery. This was in replacement to lidocaine patches and we were recommended these as they’re not prescribed. They helped to reduce pain and inflammation to the surgical area but not all the pain was gone like it was with the lidocaine patches (due to the nature of the medication in these). Although when you can’t get them, these do help to a certain level. They were sticky and stayed in place until changed, they were easy to apply and non greasy.

These worked,but no better than the cheaper ones and were less adhesive Really disappointed as the Bio Freeze range,especially the roll on,is absolutely smashing,with chronic pain all over I use patches to try to sleep but sadly it didn't last long..

Good pain relief.
