The quality of the rice in a Paella meal is essential for a successful dish
I make a paella meal with prawns and a good quality paella rice. Personally , I don’t need chicken, there is enough taste and flavour in the dish adding red peppers , spring onions, chorizo and cherry tomatoes, paprika and turmeric powders
