Only easy to use once you get the hang of it
Okay, it took me an hour to learn how to use it correctly. Once I got it, it is super easy to use. I like it because the heated wand is enclosed so you can’t burn yourself & I have burned my head, wrist, hand with a regular curling iron. Also unlike a regular curling iron, your hair is constantly in motion around the heated wand so you aren’t frying your hair. I am a klutzy and have to think about right and left so I ended up putting an R and an L with a chalk pen by the barrel openings so I knew which button to push for the curl spinner. I also watched the instructional video on Amazon and found a few more online. I also had to learn that it seriously works best with very small pieces of hair - there is a cardboard guide to help you learn the size of 1” sections. Start with the bottom half of your head first then work up - use hair clips or a scrunchy to section off your hair. I curled my whole head just to make sure I could do it correctly, next time, I will focus on curling the ends. Works great with really long hair and worked with my just above shoulder length hair. It would not work with hair shorter than mine.

AMAZING!
This product is amazing! It is super worth the money. The curls come out really pretty and it is super easy to use, and they last all day. I curl all my hair in like 10 minutes! The only thing is that the instructions were not super clear so I had to figure some things out by myself. In general I do 6 to 8 “curls” in each strand for it to look SUPER curly and about 4 if I just want it to be wavy.

From Wand to Whimper: My Regretful Purchase of the Lena Hair Curler
I purchased the LENA Auto Hair Curling Wand hoping for an easy styling experience, but it was a complete letdown. The "professional" part of the description must be a typo because this thing is anything but. The main problem is the rotating mechanism, which seems to have a mind of its own. Not only does it tangle the hair more often than it curls it, but I genuinely thought my hair was going to be permanently stuck in the clamp more than once. It's a miracle I didn't have to cut a chunk out. The automatic rotation is a gimmick that makes the process feel unsafe and uncontrollable. Even when it does manage a curl, they are limp and fall out within an hour, even with hairspray. The heat settings are unreliable; it's either scorching hot or not hot enough, and the iron itself feels cheaply made. The entire process is frustrating and time-consuming. Save your money and buy a traditional curling iron. This "styling tool" is a hazard.

Easy and fast
The pandemic has made pajamas and messy buns my daily uniform. However, as I prep for the end of the pandemic, hopefully soon, I decided to finally take the internal glam queen to the external. Still, I am a lazy person and I hate curling my hair because it takes so long. I have been looking in to automatic curling irons for a while now. I almost pulled the trigger on the Beachwaver. However, this caught my eye when I was browsing YouTube. I like how the outside is not hot so I won't accidentally burn my face. I have a daughter so when the time comes that she wants me to curl her hair, I will not be mom fail who burns her face. Just tried it for the first time today and I had almost no learning curve. The couple YouTube videos I watched taught me the amount of hair to put in and the trick to knowing which button to press. I did most of my head without a mirror so I'm really looking forward to doing this while I watch Netflix. So far, I really like it and it made very natural and beautiful curls.

Will save your wrists
Where to start.... If you have fine hair, and no other iron creates curls that last.... DONT get this lol. Waste of money... possibly. I used good quality products and it still didn’t help. Plus my hair is long. I even tried days I hadn’t washed in a day or 3. My hair is super fine and soft. Good ol foam curlers, damp hair and a good sleep is still my best option for curls that last more than a couple hours. BUT THIS IS NOT THE IRON’S FAULT. Cute curls from this iron but were gone in less than an hr! It will save your wrists. Super easy and FAST! However, very tricky getting the back of head especially with longer hair. You have to be careful to use a small amount of hair. They give you a tool to help but what they don’t tell you is... the longer your hair the less amount you can feed into the iron. My hair got stuck occasionally. Usually, when other loose strands got in. Thank god for safety power off feature. However it doesn’t have an immediate cooling feature and I still had to really pull my hair quickly out of the iron a few times when working on my back of my head! I could return it but I’m a hopeful person and determined to find the right weather, products and dirty hair combo that works. If I could get the curl to last through a finger comb plus 4 hrs I’ll be happy.

So easy to use!!
Love it! Would recommend product. I've had it for years now and It still works great. Odd thing when its plugged into outlet I can hear a soft buzzing noise. ?? Works fine though..Works best with smaller portions of hair. It has safety feature so if its beginning to tangle your hair it will automatically shut off. I use a flexible hair spray after and looks great and holds allday.
