Felt like I was getting sick and took two packets a day and it helped tremendously! Not harsh on stomach. Not a bad taste and you can easily swallow it with water. Just ordered my 2nd box to keep on hand.

This is the best vit c there is! If i feel a cold coming on i take one packet every hour for six hours straight and it is amazing! Plus it does not interfere with or make u have runs like other products do. Dr Thomas Levy talks about this product a lot. He said when he felt the flu coming on he took five packets at once and said it was as close to having an Iv vit c as you can get. We all need vit c everyday!!! RESEARCH IT FOR YOURSELF. You dont mix it…. I put the packet in 1/4 cup measuring cup with water and thats the easiest way to take it for me. I research everything and only take products tgat are made well and work.

Joint Aches and pain slowly fade away and are gone after a few weeks.

Oh my gosh! I have been taking this for two days and my bloating problems are gone! Seriously! I had gallbladder surgery and ever since that day I get bloated when I eat. But I noticed this morning that I had no bloating after breakfast. And my coworkers asked me if I had lost weight! I weigh the same, but my stomach isn’t distended! I can’t wait to see the effects I will see in a month! I will update this review if necessary. Taste isn’t the greatest but not the worst either. I love it!

I just took my first dose. My advice is not to take it straight from the package, the taste is pretty gross. Rather, mix it in water and chug it down.

Feels like a superior supplement. The box that arrived was slightly deformed in shape but only slightly. Just one thing worth mentioning is that the colour and transparency of the contents look slightly different from as pictured on the box. This is not the case for their B Complex product but seems unique to this one.
