All items were received and were in excellent condition. The plates and bowls are just the right weight. A beautiful set that I can’t wait to use.

Absolutely beautiful

Very beautiful, elegant and posh looking tableware. Qualities of the bowl sets I'd say 90 out of 100 as under the bowl it's uneven, but no one would know unless they turn the bowl upside down. Quality of the plates are really nice. Overall I'm very happy.

Arrived smashed to pieces. Very disappointed We didn’t even need to take it out of the box. When we opened the box pieces of plates just fell out

Generally good condition and designs look pretty. Delivered in good condition However the bowls are the below quality expected for Sara Miller product. The joint line where they've joined the bowls can be obviously and visibly seen and print not as vibrant.

Beautiful set, ordering another one. I have also brought the matching mugs. Quick delivery, well boxed.

These are not cheaply printed, these are high quality you can feel when you run your fingers over the artwork. I have mercilessly put these through the dishwasher and I have yet to see a chip or fading. These are cool modern classics.

First impression: beautiful, elegant design. Each colour has it's own theme and each theme is redesigned for the different medium (large plate, small plate, bowl). The porcelain is translucent and has a nice warm white tone. The shapes are perfect and timeless. The bowl have a very nice shape and can hold more than 500ml of fluid. But some or all of the following features will upset any detail-oriented person: - blue is rather mat, the other three ones are glossy - the plates do not lay flat, 7 out of 8 plates have slight wiggle when on the table. This also causes the pile to have visible differences in the spacing between plates - the plates are fine porcelain, really thin and basically perfect. The bowls use a thicker material, it's easy to feel the difference when grabbing the items - the seam on the bowls where the pattern starts and finishes is visible as a rather ugly vertical line Funny enough, all flaws described here are visible in the pictures provided with the product, so there's no false advertisement. I just don't get putting real gold on plates that are just average. They do look amazing with the addition of the golden elements but I think the cost cut was a bad decision.

We love this series of dishware. It is so beautiful! However upon opening we found the brown plate to have a very obvious scratch through the gold sun and bubbles on the gold ring. As other buyers mentioned the bowls also have a quite obvious line where the image meets and are much whiter than the plates that are more ivory. Funny now looking at the pictures they show the quality issue but you notice much more in person. The plates also wobble so it will be awkward to eat on. We likely would have still wanted to keep the set had it not had the scratch on the big gold sun. Upon trying to return the defective plates we were severely displeased to find that the only way to return the plates is to pay to ship them back to Great Britain at your own cost less a $20 credit. Shipping these plates will cost many times that. I am very disappointed that Amazon would allow such a thing and will be making a formal complaint to Amazon about this.
