Keeps my skin soft
I switched to these vegan Omegas after using this company's fish oil for years. It is more affordable, hence my switching. I have not found any difference in my skin softness and hopefully the same is true for other health benefits of taking Omegas. I feel like this company is conscientious in using high quality ingredients and standards of production. No smell, taste, or after effects.

A good supplement
These were prescribed by my doctor, they are of a good strength. I take them daily. They are large, so if you have trouble swallowing, these are not for you.

This is my go-to brand for my Omega 3!
I have been taking Omega 3 for about 1 year now, and began taking it when I started my weight loss journey in July of 2014. I kept reading about how much energy I would have, but honestly, I never really felt the proclaimed energy I anticipated feeling. I figured I just wasn't supposed to "feel" the energy, like a cup of coffee, so I just accepted it, but I did keep taking it because of its health benefits (i.e., heart health, reduces triglycerides, RA, general brain function, etc). One day on Amazon, I was searching for a new Omega 3 as I had not yet developed any loyalty to one certain brand. I ran across a review in which someone had reviewed 8-10 different Omega 3 products, listing all of their pros and cons. It was interesting, albeit a little confusing, as in there was NO "perfect" product. In the end, I chose OmegaVia off of his list of evaluations and I have not been sorry. I just purchased my 2nd bottle and think I finally found a "home". I was surprised at how it actually made me feel better - I feel like I can even focus better, I feel a bit more energy, and feel better than I have felt with any other brand I have tried either here on Amazon or other places. (I did like Wiley's, though, but feel this one may be even more superior.) With 1105mg of Omega 3 and 780mg of EPA, it has one of the highest concentrations available. It also has an enteric coating, so no fishy taste, no fish burps and no odd after tastes. Overall, I think it is a fantastic product. Out of all the other Omega 3 products that I tried, this one was the most impressive.

This is a good product. I would give 5 stars but I do not have any experiences to compare this product too.
This is the first fish oil supplement I have ever taken. Therefore I do not have anything to compare it too. With that said, I trust the brand and the quality. I do not take it every day. I took one a day for the first three days to build up my levels. I did have mild fish-burps. As with all things too much Omega 3 can make you worse in the long-term versus better. I swap this supplement with a flaxseed oil supplement. Flaxseed is the ALA form of omega-3 and not as efficient as fish-oil DHA omega 3. But that's okay. ALA is up-converted to the usable forms that your body needs so you don't get as much omega 3 out of the same amount of DHA omega 3. You don't need it 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year. I take omega 3, four or five days per week but not on days that I eat foods such as salmon (I love Alaskan wild salmon). So consider taking this product on something like Monday and Thursday (sometimes Saturday). Take flaxseed oil (or flaxseed meal) on Tuesday and Friday. Allow your body to do what it does best and sort it all out internally. In addition, you are less likely to smell and taste like fish. Give your body a couple of days per week to exist without high omega 3 intake. Trust me. You will be fine and your body will appreciate the short breaks. People have fasted for weeks with only water and survived. You can survive a couple of days per week without high doses of omega 3. Plus you save a little money because the bottle lasts longer due to your alternating days with flaxseed oil and also taking a few days off per week. Again, this is a good product made with quality fish oil. If you are looking for a fish oil supplement, this appears to be a tough product to beat.

Great for muscle soreness
If I take a couple of these before I work out, my muscles feel so much better afterwards! I’ll be insanely sore for days without them, but with them I barely feel anything. I didn’t even buy fish oil for that purpose, I just noticed it’s one of the benefits. They don’t taste or smell bad and I don’t get fish burps. I’ve bought them three times because they’re the best I’ve found!

Well tolerated!
Despite the large size, these capsules are no problem to swallow for me… and I have had problems with smaller capsules. I am also pleased that they have not caused any reflux issues.
