My almost 17 year old Wrangler all of a sudden started having a major leak at the valve covers. When I pulled them the gaskets were hard and brittle and in many spots, cracked and broke like plastic. I took a few hours and was able to remove and replace both the left and right bank in a day and this gasket kit was perfect. No leaks and a very clean fit. At 180,000 miles, I noticed some oil leaking on the valve covers of my 2010 3.8L Jeep Wrangler. Took a couple of hours for me to replace, but the process was very straightforward. Plenty of good videos online to guide you through it. Make sure you torque the bolts to 105 in/lb. No sealant is required. These silicon gaskets are far superior to the original ones and I don't expect to ever have to do this again.
