As a chef I am always looking for the next kitchen gadget or utensil that will work better and perform better, make things easier or taste better. This is the ultimate skewer set. You can slide the meat off after it is cooked and the meat or vegetables do not spin as you turn them. These will make perfect kabobs or you can put anything on them and grill, broil, or roast it. Forget bamboo that can burn or catch fire and which are just one stick making it impossible to keep the tomatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms from spinning or falling off, these simply work much better and are easier to use. You will love them.

Great BBQ-Aid. These Barbeque Skewers are perfect for items that would spin easily with a single skewer such as shrimp. So easy to just place food on both prongs and then I only have to flip them once to make sure I get even grilling. I am going to order another set to have enough for company. Also easy to just slid the guards to push the food off in one smooth motion.

These skewers are awesome! I have only used them once but I'm so glad I ordered 2 packs of them. I used to have to use 2 skewers for each kabob I made but having the double prong skewers makes things so much easier! I threaded on my meat and veggies and put the skewers and all in a ziploc bag to marinate. It cannot be any easier! Also, when I took them off the grill the meat and veggies slid off them quickly. There was no washing directions, but after I was finished I just put the skewers in the dishwasher and they came out great! I would highly recommend this item.

I've used them only once so far (it's winter here), but they perform as expected. At $18.00, they're a bit over-priced, so I'll wait until they drop the price 4 or 5 bucks before I buy a second pair.

These skewers are fabulous! So well built!! These were a gift for my daughter, and she just loves them. Having 2 prongs gives more stability when turning them on the BBQ. An added bonus...you can push your meat and veggies with the sliding handle. So So practical. I will even order some for me. I recommend them highly!

These are good for removing food. Not so great for threading. As with most dual spears, they tend to move together making it tricky to keep evenly spaced apart as you add food. Will break a mushroom apart and when trying to thread a small, 2" red potato, I speared myself. Not the greatest.

These work great, and the don't "spin" while cooking.
