Didn't like the way it was packaged, I can understand rolling a memory foam mattress for transit but not a spring mattress? That's how it came, rolled up? When we released it the springs played a tune when the mattress straightened out. Surprised none actually snapped? Apart from the way it was packaged, it seams to be quite comfy according to my teenage grandson. Not sure it would last long if used constantly?

Nothing wrong with the quality, it’s a good mattress especially for the price, but it’s definitely a soft mattress despite what other reviews might say, I bought a topper to make it more firm.

Likes: 1. Fast delivery time. Arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated. 2. No bed bugs: I looked at so many products and reviews as well as seller profiles. A few reviews had bed bug horror stories that will keep you at night scratching. I inspected every crevices and seam. Checked the sellers profile reviews, and it was all clear. I still sprayed it before using as other product reviews from other brands had me on edge. Prevention is better than the cure. 3. Firm yet soft: I'd say it's more comfortable to sit on than most mattresses, you're not going to sink or mess up your posture on your laptop or phone from your bed. It takes about 24 hours to fluff up from opening. 4. No scent's or weird chemical smells: Completely odour free, even the bed bug prevention spray dissipated after 24 hours. Dislikes 1. I can feel the springs: Not intensely but my body is aware that they're there. As I sleep on my back it became annoying but not unbearable. Adding a mattress radically improved my sleep and solved this issue. Top tips: Invest in a mattress topper. Adding a memory foam bamboo topper has turned this into a £400 mattress sleep experience. Avoid the cheap yellow ones as they always have a chemical smell that never fades, it also attracts hair and lint that are impossible to remove. Even one of those thinner synthetic down soft toppers you find on amazon for £10-25 would be better than nothing if your are not a fan of the springs. Returns - Always keep the box and plastic wrap 30 days on furniture you're unsure of. I'm 100% keeping mine. But most brands don't accept returns if you throw out the original packaging. I flat packed mine for 20 days, and as soon as I was sure I wanted to keep it I chucked it.

Perfect for spare room, great value for money. Guests said it was comfy.

If you have back problems like I do stay clear of this mattress as it’s soo hard and you can feel the springs worst mattress I ever bought complete waste of money very dissatisfied it’s like sleeping on a bag of cement :(

My son seems to think it's really comfy so does the job it was intended for.. 1 thing that didn't make sense was safety knife was in the box but u needed it really to open the box
