Product seems reasonable and it works what it is intended for, But very flimsy and will not stop a savvy criminal getting in.......UPDATE 30.07.25After having contact with the seller via Amazon messaging, i can very much recommend the customer service as one of the best i have encountered in 20+ years of Amazon in the UK.I am upgrading a star to 4 for this service alone, give me a crow bar and sledge hammer and i will inform you of a 5th star, but for now 4 stars based on both quality and customer service.

Good product

Very light compared to the old one we found in the house. However I am not a wealthy person, don't need a heavy safe, therefore I only use it to keep a few quid, passports and other important papers plus spare car and house keys.Very easy to set up and operate. Hardest thing is to decide where to hide the two keys that come with it, that I will remember. At the moment would recommend

I bought this safe recently and was very disappointed. After only a short time of use (less than a month) the key suddenly stopped working even though I had been using it carefully. I ended up having no choice but to break it open just to access my belongings. For something that’s supposed to provide security, the build quality was not reliable at all.
