Gota Kola is said to be a superfood and very beneficial. This tea is in paper, not polyester bags, and is reportedly organic. With green teas gaining popularity for their health contribution, I am glad to have found this.

No solo tiene el sabor herbal suave del té verde, sino que el toque de Tulsi (albahaca sagrada) le da un aroma relajante que no había probado antes. 📦 Empaque y presentación: Viene en bolsitas individuales dentro de una caja ecológica. Huele fresco desde que lo abres, sin ese aroma a “tierra vieja” que tienen algunos tés baratos. 🍵 Sabor y experiencia: El sabor es herbal, no amargo, y no necesitas endulzarlo (aunque con una gota de miel sabe delicioso). Lo preparo en agua caliente durante 5 minutos y lo tomo en ayunas o antes de meditar. I read somewhere that Tulsi Green tea is even healthier for you than your run of the mill green tea. I can’t attest to its health benefits but I can say I think it tastes a lot better. It’s worth trying.

The tea tastes good but be aware that the green is caffeinated, and the non green tulsi tea is not.
