DeLallo Gluten Free Potato & Rice Mini Gnocchi, 12oz Box, 3-Pack

Our daughter has strong intolerances to wheat and corn, so finding ready-made food which will work is tough. Even most gnocchi has some corn in it. But not this!! Made it with a brown butter sage sauce when she came for a quick visit and it was delicious! highly recommend!

I love this. A fast easy dinner. They cook really fast. While they're boiling, I put pine nuts, basil and nutritional yeast in my Nutribullet with a tad of water. Perfect pesto!

Fantastic taste.

I've tried other gnocchi where the ingredients didn't have anything I was allergic to but still gave me an allergic reaction, probably due to cross-contamination. This is the first one I've tried that doesn't. I'm allergic to a lot of stuff, but I don't react to these. They seem to be perfectly safe for me to eat. That's huge, and tough to do, with anything resembling "normal" food. Only downside is they have a little bit of weird smell when you cook them. But it sure is great to have another quick and easy-to-cook meal option.

For being gluten free it’s pretty good! I’d rather not have to pay so much more for the gluten free option compared to the normal gnocchi I buy at the store but it works for us.

Pan fry is the only way I have prepared the GF product so do not know how it performs cooked by another method. It takes just a few minutes longer to cook and sticks to the pan a bit more. The flavor and consistency work well in the recipes I prepare.

Made a pack from box, Took about a minute in instant pot/ cup of water Then baked with some sauce and cheeeeeezeeees Nice easy and quick fix for a meal

The initial bite into the gnocchi was good but the after taste is unpleasant and off putting.
