Q: I bought this camera. the monitor battery has stopped working. its been less than a year. is it still under warranty for a repair?? please help.

Mine stopped working after nine months and as far as I know, it's not under warranty but their customer services might be able to help if you contact them.

Q: second camera won't connect. Tried taking out battery for a minute. Still no luck?

I also had this problem if you email baby sense your problem they are very quick with replying had a new camera sent out to me next day and it connected straight away

Q: Has anyone else found the picture is slow to keep up with movement? Looks jittery & kids are moving in slow motion.
