This is a great zinc supplement. The best I have found so far and I am not searching anymore. Please everyone do your research on how important zinc is for our health, especially our immune systems and building testosterone for men. I started taking these because I recently found out zinc helps with iron deficiency anemia related hair fall. I started taking this and using the Mielle rosemary hair oil. I have seen a noticeable difference in the amount of hair fall. Much less than before. The Mielle oil helps with itchy dry scalp. It also soothes my scalp. Nothing has helped to reduce my hair fall as much as this zinc. Iron alone does not fix the fair fall issue if you are anemic.
