What codecs does this support, i.e. aptx-ll, aptx-hd, ldac, etc.?

While supporting many different codecs improves compatibility, etc., it's not a good indicator of the quality of the sound you will get from the headphones. Case in point, the Sennheiser HD 450BTs utilize the aptx codecs, but they sound like garbage compared to the Q20s I was replacing them with. In my experience, aptx has more to do with latency reduction than actual sound quality. My advice is to get a pair of headphones that get decent reviews, good battery life, and use software with a good EQ. On Android, Poweramp is the best that I've found. You can adjust the bitrate, etc. to better match the capabilities of the headphones. You can use the default 10 bar EQ, or use a custom one. The settings allow for a LOT of customization. Short answer...if the Q30s are at least as good as the Q20s, I think you'll enjoy them a lot.

can you use noise cancellation with a wired connection?

I bought these headphones on Prime Day Jul 12, 2022. The version I received had the newest firmware that disabled ANC when plugged in. I had to return them, since I am expecting to have to use the wired connection on my upcoming flights.

Will this connect with a PS4 for gaming?

PS4 and PS5 Wired, yes for both audio and mic. Bluetooth, audio only, no mic. You can get a dongle to plug into the PS4 if you really need them wireless, but that's another $12+ and occupies one of the usb ports. I bought these for my husband. He uses them every night, wired to the controller, to play in a party with nieces and nephews. While the kids almost always are scrambling to make their mics work, my husband just jumps on.

Can I connect these to my tv somehow?

If your TV has a Bluetooth transmitter, then yes, you could connect any Bluetooth headphones to the TV. If your TV does not have Bluetooth, you can purchase a Bluetooth transmitter device, hook it up to your TV's audio ports, and it will send audio to your Bluetooth headphones.
