Arrived very quickly . Really gorgeous tea cosy . Lined inside . Great quality. Fits perfectly over my 1.2 Ltr tea pot and keeps tea nice and hot for ages ! Great purchase and very pleased .

This is a lovely hand knitted tea cosy and it looks exactly as in the diagram. I am very pleased with it. It is well made and keeps my tea very hot in the pot. I am thinking of buying other designs as presents. I recommend this product.

The delivery was on time and the outer packaging was clean and dry however on opening the plastic bag with the tea cosy in it I was met with a foul smell of ammonia and the tea cosy felt damp. A little annoyed but I thought a wash and it would be fine. When I washed it whole areas of the knitted wool outer disintegrated leaving it wholly. It’s not useable and what should have been a cute and expensive addition to my kitchen is now in the bin. I hope on receiving this review you check your stock for further damaged items and to find whatever is leaking.
